At LXDesigns, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking neighbors or household members.
- Contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
LXDesigns is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for these situations.
Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
Chargebacks submitted without first attempting to resolve the issue may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery. Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be restricted from placing future orders.

Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.
All apparel is listed in adult sizing unless otherwise stated.
As all sales are final, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size.
